How is our data protected?
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, access-controlled by role, and fully audit logged. Where it lives depends on your deployment: your own infrastructure, a cloud environment we manage on your behalf, or a hybrid arrangement we design together.
What size departments is IMS built for?
We are initially targeting mid-sized municipal and county agencies, with a roadmap toward state and federal deployment. If you run a specialized unit, we want to talk.
